This department operates:
– the surface treatment of metal components, for the vulcanization process
– the vulcanization of ruber mixture on metal components and
– the testing of rubber-metal products

For rubber pressing, Flexibil uses the procedures of transfer and injection; all these processes are computer monitored / controlled. In this department, the outfitting with equipment is conceived to ensure flexibility for small and medium series production of technically complex items.

Flexibil has been developing over 2500 types of rubber and rubber-metal products, with masses ranging from tens of grams to tens of kilograms and which allow the absorption of forces of hundreds to tens of thousands daN.

A team of 42 employees work in this department. They are constantly being trained in order to render a reliable execution, in full compliance with the client’s requirements, and to ensure a timely delivery with “zero faults”.
