The Flexibil Metal department brings together a team of 25 people who have solid knowledge and extensive experience in the design and production of molds and metal components for rubber-metal products.

The metal department is outfitted with machinery that provides the production of technically complex molds. In addition, it allows flexibility for the production, in small series, of the metal components of rubber-metal products. The main operating equipments are: CNC processing centers, CNC lathes, electrical discharge machines, grinding machines, calibrating and stamping presses, heat treatment ovens, etc.

This department also operates a zinc coating line for the metal-rubber products manufactured in house.

The devices used in the measurement laboratory allow the control of the whole manufacturing process of molds, metal components and final products.
